A Wild Elegance
A wild elegance is a free newsletter and support publication targeted toward male to female transsexual prisoners. It was created by me to help give my sis¬ters in prison a voice and also a means of finding a support system among one another. Recent circumstances have required that A Wild Elegance be placed in stasis, however, we plan to have things back and up and running again in the very near future. About Me

I am an advocate/activist for male to female transsexual prisoners. I'm also an artist and musician. I taught myself to play a saxophone while incarcerated. My artistic medium of choice is acrylic paint & oil or soft pastels. I am also into yoga and Kuang Ping Yang style t'ai Chi, and am very fit. I am currently involved in federal civil rights litigation against my prison system over prison officials refusal to provide proper treatment for gender identity disorder in myself and other such inmates. Although I am currently serving a very lengthy prison term, I have a prince of an attorney working on obtaining a sentence modification for me that would in effect allow me to be released from prison upon its being granted by the Court. A good portion of my prison sentence was the result of bigotry and judicial bias that is routine where transsexuals are concerned, in this country.
